Photo Services Returns and Cancellations
Our policy is as follows:
Returns can only be accepted for manufacturing faults and defects and/or transit damage to the product.
Due to the customised nature of our photo products, we are unable to offer returns for any orders that contain customer errors including poor image quality, blank pages or spelling mistakes.
Please check your order within 7 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order please contact Customer Services on 0344 800 4444; otherwise, for a return, especially if it requires any photographs of the damage, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• Original order reference number
• Your name
• Your daytime contact number
• Please include photos of any damage if applicable
