Although we are confident you will love your order, sometimes issues arise. If you have received an item and are not happy with the quality, we want to hear from you as soon as possible.
Our Returns and Cancellations policy is as follows:
Returns can only be accepted for manufacturing faults and defects and/or transit damage to the product.
Due to the customised nature of our photo products, we are unable to offer returns for any orders that contain customer errors including poor image quality, blank pages or spelling mistakes.
Please check your order within 7 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
